Liz has been a Mississippi licensed real estate broker for over 20 years. She is a multi-million dollar producer and has a wide range of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, development and site location. Some of her clients include Sonic, Waffle House, Sprint PCS, H & R Block, Edward Jones, Eckerd, Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, as well as many other regional and local clients. Liz is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Graduate Realtor’s Institute (GRI). She has served on many local, state and national committees of CIREI and NAR and has proctored the CCIM Exam and served as a CCIM Resume Grader. She served as a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate magazine’s Editorial Review Board. She is a past President of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Association of Realtors, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors. She is an active member of the Mississippi Coast Chamber of Commerce and has served on its board. She served as an Executive Director of the Harrison County Mental Health Association and currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army. Liz attended the University of Southern Mississippi, Mississippi Coast Community College and the Pearl River Community College.
